Right-click, Run As Administrator

>There is a way to start the Windows Explorer in administrator mode from the Task Manager. If you go in File and select Run new task, you have the ability to check Create this task with administrative privileges. So, when I do this, I can finally control my C: drive. However, this is a real problem to have to use that route as I need to have an icon on my desktop. Anyone would know what command is executed by Windows when we do that so I can plug it in this icon on the desktop?
