Is my English not good enough? How do you control what you want to put on your C: drive if you do not have any rights at all? I cannot even copy a file into a new name. I cannot change the content of a simple text file to adjust for what I need. However, Task Manager allows me to start Windows Explorer in administrator mode. So, that results in the same. However, I cannot see what command it uses to do that. I went at the registry level and took ownership of the related key that did not change anything. The regular Windows Explorer icon went ok when I stopped the Windows Explorer.exe task from the Task Manager. That, of course, blank out anything. So, Ctrl+Alt+Delete to access Task Manager, restart Explorer.exe and then my icon allowed me to have full control on the C: drive. But, on the next reboot, it was reseted back to default. So, how I am suppose to do anything on that PC if my own account, which is an administrator account, cannot do anything on drive C:? This is a replica of my main PC for the road. So, how am I suppose to install anything on that PC if I cannot even get a hold of drive C:?
