So, basically, if one would turn UAC off, that should resolve most of the issues.

IAC, I will see how it works as I put all the data on D: drive. So, I hope whatever I will install, SQL Server, IIS, Office, .NET and such won't be blocked to be installed on C: because of this UAC.
