There are several ways you can do this. It really depends on what exactly you're trying to do and how the recipient will use the data. If the recipient just needs to see the information you could put the data in an HTML table. Many e-mail clients will display HTML messages correctly. You could also use Adobe Acrobat and send the data to a .pdf using a report. You would then attach the .pdf.

You could also just put the info in a .dbf and attach it to the message.
