From an existing SQL Server 2008 R2, I cannot upgrade to SQL Server 2012. Right before starting the final phase, all the checks are successful except one.

Rule "SQL Server 2012 Feature Upgrade" failed.

The specified edition upgrade is not supported...

What am I missing?
