Sir, How to check whether Both CPU cores is running at 100% utilization or Not ? While processing I opened Windows Task Manager and under performance Tab I found CPU Usage to be 80% to 100 %. While the processing was going on. While processing was going on Under Resource Monitor I found CPU 0 and CPU 1 to be 100 %.

Is it the way to check Both CPU cores is running at 100% utilization or Not ?

What Else Should I check For.

Please also tell me the best combination of other Hardware components if I plan to buy I7-4770k
