I've been working on learning PHP/MySQL and have bought a couple of e-books that have been just awful.
In one case the author had the annoying habit of detailing how to do something and then, 5 pages later saying that what had gone before was all wrong and here's the right way to do it.

I've tried several books and the examples are replete with errors. The good news is that I learned as much fixing the errors as I got from the books themselves.

Can anyone recommend a good PHP/MySQL book?
Or can someone write one?
