I'm reserving judgment on this.

From a pragmatic standpoint, one can make an argument that a change in leadership....any change...is an opportunity for other changes.

However, I understand those who think there are enough loopholes in this....and the fact that both sides are walking away believing they've won something....make me wonder how much value this agreement really will have.
