Hmm, not 100% sure about that. I see nothing on that page that describes exactly what test(s) make up that score.

For example, at http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu_test_info.html a "Single Core Test" is described as a combination of floating point, string sorting and data compression tests. VFP makes basically zero use of floating point. String sorting definitely yes. From the description of the Compression test, it may be useful for VFP as long as the algorithm is coded and compiled to avoid SSE or its descendants.
