That is a concern. Someone brought up the new MSDE data engine yesterday and asked whether VFP would support this. When you think about it, it would be nice if you could link in native support for MSDE (sorta like the replaceable database drivers in old Clipper).

Jim, if you really want a small business product, get your hands on an Office2000 beta and look at Access2000.
