I haven't seen that anywhere.
It's surprising.
As I read it plans on the exchanges cover more illnesses (that's what many well people are complaining about- they don't want to pay for that expanded coverage).
I were an MD that would appeal to me.
The local hospitals here love the ACA. More than 50% of their billings go unpaid now and that will drop sharply when the ACA is in full swing.
