Allowing insurance companies to sell insurance across state lines and tort reform are two things that actually would reduce the cost of health insurance. However, neither one of these things were addresses by the ACA. Figures - most politicians are attorneys... The issue of selling across state lines has been promoted by some Republicans for years. And unfortunately, the Obama Administration has refused to even consider the idea. Just like so many other topics, Obama is on the wrong side of the truth.
