Just a second after I posted the message I searched for Word and Excel and found them and chose to pin to the Start. Is this the best choice, in your opinion? Because there was (I believe) choice to place on the desktop. And now (if I understand correctly) when I choose to pin to the Start it means to create a tile on the Metro desktop. Correct?

>Did you search for Word? Excel? Office is a collection of applications so there won't be a tile for "Office 2010"

>>When I go to the Charms bar (Windows -C) and click on Search it only finds Office 2010 Language preferences. But no Excell or Word.
>>When you are saying "added to the Start screen" how should it have worked? Is Start screen the main Metro screen where Windows 8 should have placed a tile for Office 2010?
