>>Which means that I contribute toward things that are for the common good of society like maintaining roads, paying for police and fire departments and to charities to which I choose to donate.

Also you rely on younger fitter others to pay oversized healthcare premiums that allow yours to be lower- underwriting says the premium should be at least $15K/yr each for those over 60 if not for the surpluses of the young. Perhaps those paying more than their share should react to generational theft by establishing age-stratified insurance schemes so their own costs are very low and other Capitalists can enjoy the effects of practicing what they preach. Then perhaps the young should refuse to contribute to Medicare since they won't need it for 40 years and it'll be gone by the time they get there, so why should they miss out on the American dream so oldsters can Socialize their own costs? All the hard work of the young to try to get ahead is being sucked away by oldsters who guard their own assets aggressively and lecture the struggling young about their need to work harder and save.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
"
