You are wrong again. iPad is very good; very easy to use; very intuitive. Windows 8 IE sucks <g>; piece of crap.

On another Windows 8 "award winning interface" comment. I just spent 5 minutes trying to figure out how to Select All in Windows 8. Right mouse click has Copy and Paste but no Select All. Is this also for security reasons? :) Every little step is pain. I know you know some people from MS; please tell them how I feel about them (I am sure you can use the right words <g>). Feel free to give them my email so that I can express my feelings about them directly.

Thank you for your help, as always.

>That's done on purpose. Metro version doesn't allow plugins for security reasons. This is really no different than iPad. The UI is optimized for touch.

>>Thank you very much. I found a page online that describes how to make Windows 8.1 start into the Desktop. Maybe this is how I will set it up. It is strange (or odd to me) that the IE that you bring from the Metro desktop is very different than IE in the Desktop mode.
