Marcia, I've mentioned before that I think the current administration's methodology is more along the lines of fascism.

Not in the nationalistic sense that you saw with certain countries in the 1930's but more in the sense that the government isn't outwardly controlling every aspect of an industry.....it's permitting a certain level of private ownership but is regulating it very heavily.

It is certainly done with an end-game of socialism (which I do believe is Obama's ultimate objective), using the current method in a political sense to give private industry just enough freedom that he can point a finger at it every time there is a problem (and hoping he can bamboozle Americans away from realizing it was largely his controls that caused the exacerbations), and seek greater control one day at a time under the chess board is clear.
