The free/open source FoxyPreviewer can do this: http://foxypreviewer.codeplex.com/

You could put your reporting commands in a loop:
FOR lnIx = 1 TO lnNumberOfCopies STEP 1
  REPORT FORM ...

ENDFOR
If it's computationally intensive to run the reports, or the data might change between passes you could direct the report output to a file, then binary-copy that file X times to the print queue.
