>I read something recently (no idea where) about some research that compared reading on paper to reading electronically and found that recollection and some other things are different with the two modes.
I confess to some of such problems. For the books I read in the last ten years, I only remember for maybe 10% on what I have read them - usually in favor of dead wood from the library, as I remember the cover and the physical feel of the book, or those I bought in a cinderblock-and-glass shop and kept seeing them on my shelves. For the remaining 90%, I have no clue as to what I was holding in my hands - paper, PSP or a 10" laptop.
