John you are just being silly now... Clearly Kevin was referring to several time periods in his message. Just because one line of his comments was below the most recent example he provided only means he should have made his statements clearer by positioning that comment differently. The entire comment clearly refers to multiple time periods

Thank you. Yes, that was my point (and I think I said as much to John).. He's said it so many times (36 times over nearly five years) in so many different scenarios....during the 2008 election, before the 2010 mid-term elections, during the 2012 election, and even as recently as late September 2013.

There's no question that he knew he was stating a position that was ultimately indefensible.
