Yep you're right. I've actually complained about this before out here - like the stupid crap that went on when we had the Boston bombings (newscasters with breaking news about a dog barking - for unknown and possibly unreleated reasons..no joke). Now days they need to have 10 people on the screen all talking at once, and for the most part talking about something stupid. What it boils down to is they're providing entertainment, not news. Another sad thing is that I'm finding that Aljazeera News seems to be the best for actually reporting..ya know...NEWS. That's pretty messed up when the news corp owned by an evil dictator is better than ours.
