I don't know if you felt you were ready but suspect I was like most guys in not being sure I was ready. Women are born ready. Guys, not so much. A baby? I didn't know how to take care of a baby! But I found out I was. They make my heart explode every day.
Here is Allie with her puppy. She is so good with her. Strict but loving. They will be here on Tuesday.
And here is her younger spinster. She did not play for Yale but was good enough to be a co-captain in high school. She leaves for a study abroad program in Prague in late January. It is going to be very strange not seeing her for six months. She has gotten almost nothing but A's her whole life and is still pissed off at getting 4 B's in 7th grade Spanish.
