It's a little more complicated than that.
There are two clauses in the first amendment that deal with religion.
The so-called "establishment clause" says that the government will not establish a religion.
The so-called "free exercise clause" guarantees the right of individuals to exercise religious beliefs.
In the Oklahoma case, the establishment clause seems to be the issue.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
