You're right, the designer says between 4 and 127.

However, it looks like you can hack the FRX and change the FontSize column to whatever you want. I did a test adding one label to a new report, with a fontsize of 127. There were 2 rows in the FRX with fontsize = 127. I hacked them both to 250. Opened the report in the VFP report designer, it seems to respect that size.

When I first opened the hacked FRX in the Report Designer the label was still sized per the 127 point font, but as soon as I clicked on the label it automagically grew to the proper size for 250 point font. I didn't explicitly make any changes, but when I went to save it I was asked to save, I said yes. Now the report opens as expected. You might have to experiment with hacking control sizes as well if you want to avoid manually opening the reports after hacking the font size. But if you only have a few to do maybe that's not a big issue.

>>>I have a problem where I need to print using a really HUGE font -- the sample Excel sheet given to me uses Book Antigua with font size = 175.
>>>
>>>The goal here is to print a single piece of paper that is attached to a pallet that might be 20 feet up, and we want to be able to read the tag number (a six digit number) from the ground.
>>>
>>>So the report does not have much on it (about ten single fields) but two of them are huge -- the other is 120.
>>>
>>>I was unable to get anything in report designer over 72 (I think that's what it was), far from what I need.
>>>
>>>Any ideas?
>>
>>IIRC dropdowns for various designers would not list font sizes over a certain size (might be 72 as you're seeing). The trick then was to type in the larger value you want, then it gets accepted.
>>
>>You can also do that for fractional point sizes e.g. 11.5
