I tried the only customer service number I have (800-642-7676) but after some "press this, press this" it hung on me twice.
Thank you.

>>I am "moving" all my programs from one computer to another. One of the programs is MS Office 2010 Home and Office. When I installed in on the new computer activation failed (because I reached max number of activations). So I need to "remove" it from the "old" computer and so that the activation will work on the "new" computer. Is this possible? I tried to call MS Customer Server but they simply hang up; I could not even get to the live person.
>>TIA for any suggestions.
