Always nice hearing from you John. Anyway, I did just that: built my view myself (please see my reply to Victor) and it still doesn't work. Funny thing is, if I use it in my program, it doesn't work. I still get the same original error message. However, if I click Browse for the view in the PM, it asks me for the parameter and records are retrieve w/o errors! I am declaring the proper variable for the parameter prior to requring the view so it should work the same but...

>If you used the View Designer, there's a good chance that the wrong SQL code is being run, especially if you're using joins. Try creating the view in code with CREATE SQL VIEW myview AS SELECT.....etc.
