I have a batch file that runs Telnet with the Url and Port number.
Telnet cUrl cPort

When I run this batch file from the Command line, it recognizes telnet and shows the results. No problem.
But when I run it from inside VFP, it says "Telnet is NOT recognized ....

I need to test the port from inside the application when outgoing emails fail.
What is the reason for this? can it be fixed?
