Should I remove Site.css from my project?

I'd still use site.css. That's the purpose of that file. Change what's there and add anything you need.

>Maybe I didn't put my questions correctly. I was thinking that should do away with Site.css completely and create my own (e.g. Dmitry.css) where I would overwrite the bootstrap rules. Because now there are 3 .css: Bootstrap.css, Site.css, and Dmitry.css. And I am thinking of removing the "middle css", the Site.css.
