Should I remove Site.css from my project?

I undestand your suggestion. And I still have not decided what to do but consider all options. One point that got me puzzled (I asked in my initial question) is why would they have a rule in Site.css that every Input should be 300px long. I simply don't see why this has to be set so globally in any .css file.
