You were able to do Internet app with 3 as well. It doesn't have to be Client/Server as well. But, if this is the case, you can use Cold Fusion. If not, you can use XWorks, FoxWeb or West Wind Connection. For Microsoft based products, you can use ISAPI. It works but not powerful.

There's still a few in 5 but not as it was in 3.

Never had that bug.
