You choose to take the consequences of your own stance as an insult! I say again: if you attribute high teen pregnancy rates to poor choices, lack of accountability and you also raise the issue of parenting- then you are saying that South Korea with its 1.8/1000 teens rate, is superior in these respects. Ditto the Netherlands.
As I said, I don't buy it. IMHO there is something else going on.
