This message should clarify the confusion I have just experienced when updating Microsoft.asp.net.webOptimization.
Initially MS seemed to have named it Microsoft Asp.net Web Optimization Framework with the dll named similarly microsoft.asp.net.weboptimization.webforms.dll
The above dll in my Solution shows verson 1.0.0.0.
The NuGet shows new version of the Microsoft Asp.Net Web Optimization Framework as version 1.1.2 but the dll is named differently:
System.Web.Optimization.dll.
Now that I see this dll in my solution I see that it has the correct version 1.1.2.
I believe that I should be able to remove/delete the Microsoft.asp.net.weboptimization.webforms.dll completely but not sure.
The bottom line is that after installing this update, I am still having the issue. So I will continue to look for the cause.
