A SWAG, but if you're using IE10 or 11, have you tried Compatibility View?
>I think it is more like IE having issue with javascript. Since I can run this project in Chrome or Firefox ok. But my problem is that MS could have given a better error report than just error. I found - while Googling - that this error title appears many, many times, but each cause is different. I still blame MS (since IE and VS are both their products).
