This is disconcerting. On Craig's recommendation I am running only MSE on the new Windows 8 PC. It will be used only for development, and I always mirror data files on either an external hard drive or a thumb drive, so my loss exposure is minimal. But I don't want viruses, period. I am coming up on the 5th "anniversary" of a grand mal virus meltdown in which I lost about half my files. There was an external backup drive and the virus hit that, too. Never again.
