My laptop is flaking out, any ideas on a new one? Of course it must run VFP9.

1. Looking to run many hours on batteries, like 4-8 hours
2. CD/DVD, better if external
3. Someway to plug in a big 24” monitor, like a video port or other method
4. Windows 7, preferable 64 bit pro. Hearing bad things about windows 8 & tablets
5. I like Dell but other brands are OK
