Another workaround would be to write the parameters to a file, then pass the file name to the VFP EXE and have it parse the parameters out of that file.
I should also mention in your original post a couple of the parameters had doubled backslashes ("\\") but that may not be causing any problems for you, in some cases VFP and/or Windows seems to ignore the extra backslash.
