Hi,
The default "default.aspx" page of ASP.NET Web Forms application has two ContentPlaceHolders, FeaturedContent and MainContent.
I am having a tough time figuring what to put into these sections for my application. My application is a database application that has pages with gridviews, data forms, probably a typical database application. Once the application default page is opened I expect the user to navigate (via top pull-down menu) to various pages to get or set data.
So my question is, since I can hardly find some information to put on the MainContent of the default.aspx, do you think it is a good idea to get rid of the FeaturedContent placeholder all together?
