Years ago I used TxControl and before that a control from WpCubed, last time I checked they both had demo versions. They cost (then) about 500€ each, and the activeX versions integrated pretty well with VFP. Now the development is mostly into the dot net direction and the activeX is more or less an afterthought. Some annoying bugs wait for a couple of versions until they get fixed, etc. I regularly use TxControl even now as a .doc to .pdf converter; haven't tried what kind of html it would create.

If you want to go with the quick and dirty, you can use Word automation, assuming the html you produce is only to be viewed and noone ever will look under the hood or try to parse it to extract information from it.
