Hang on a moment. The current recommendation is that you don't install anything into the Windows folders. You should put the runtime files in the same folder as your application.
>Win 8.1 64 bit. Ok, I found the \SysWOW64 folder on the new machine. I will select it for installation. I am also assuming I will have to run the exe as Administrator.
