I used robocopy to back up files on one computer to an external drive. Then, on another computer, using robocopy restore I want to copy files from the external drive to the hard drive. Some files give error "0005 Access Denied". I searched online for possible solution to this problem. One suggestion I found says the following:
My first suggestion would be to make sure that you are explicitly in the share and NTFS ACLs at both source and destination.
What does it mean?
"The creative process is nothing but a series of crises." Isaac Bashevis Singer
"My experience is that as soon as people are old enough to know better, they don't know anything at all." Oscar Wilde
"If a nation values anything more than freedom, it will lose its freedom; and the irony of it is that if it is comfort or money that it values more, it will lose that too." W.Somerset Maugham
