It was them (this time)

"We have managed to get to the bottom of it. The issue relates to the
internal resolution of the gfweb DNS address. It seems Cypherwave have
disabled the internal loopback which basically prevented the DNS from
resolving internally. We know they made changes in December that required
moving of hardware and possible network changes and while doing this,
disabled the loopback functionality. We have changed this DNS to the local
IP address of the server instead which circumvents the loopback issue,
hopefully nothing else changes going forward."
