There is talk of having a SQL Saturday in Columbus Ohio in mid-June at the Ohio Dominican University (though it's not yet official). I was in Columbus several years ago and liked it. Unfortunately there's no Amtrak in Columbus.

I take it that you travel to these events using Amtrak? There is a station in Alliance that is about 20 miles from us. If that is a problem, we could pick you up and drive you down to Columbus if we attend the event <g>. You might even experience some of the world famous Akins-Kramek hospitality because I assume that you would have to travel the day before the conference. You could be our house guest for the evening and we could drive down to Columbus for the event together...
