I went with all road teams last week. Historically, road teams do quite well in the wild card round. I think part of it is because you have 11-5 or 12-4 wild card teams on the road against a 10-6 or 9-7 division winner from a weaker division. So the "home field" aspect is rather specious in that opening round.
By the 2nd (divisional) round, some of that has been flushed out. I say "some", because I've got a challenge for tomorrow. Carolina and Denver are the home teams. I think SF is a better football team than Carolina, and so I'm going with the 49ers to win in Carolina. (Sorry, TC). As for the Denver game, the Chargers walked into Denver a month ago and frustrated Peyton. I'm still deciding on that game, but learning towards Denver.
If so, that would make Swami Jr 7-1 and Homer 3-5, and I'd officially clinch "Homer Bowl" :)
