I have heard other people here say the same negative things about vfp for the mac. The fact that M$ wouldn't go past version 3 is reason enough to avoid it where possible. M$'s agreement with Apple requires them to make mac versions of some of their programs, but I suppose they aren't obliged to make dev tools, and maybe they aren't obliged to make mac versions that actually work.

What SHOULD people use to make databases for the Mac?
