Hi Doug,

I assume that you're talking about the Fox icon showing in the Windows Explorer. If so, you have to have two icons (embedded in the same ico file) built into the exe. I wrote an FAQ in the UT Knowledge Base on how to do this using the image editor that came with VFP. It's in the Project Manager section.
