While I own a couple of versions of Office, I mostly use the old 97 and sometimes XP - and even there Access is not installed yet ;-)
But sometimes I need to read sheets created with newer versions of Excel...

>I have barely worked with Access; so, I don't know for sure, but I would imagine that it would work with any version. However, if you are using an earlier version of Office (before 2007), you can do something similar with Excel automation (object -modeling). Also, if the file was saved with a pre-2007 version of Excel, it would already be readable by FoxPro.
