Not only will I agree here, but perhaps go a step further. Modal forms should indicate that the action by the user must be completed or canceled before any other action is allowed to occur. This prohibts a modal form launching a modeless form. In the past modal forms sometimes launched other modal forms, but more and more we see this sort of thing being replaced by tabbed dialogs. Off the top of my head, I can think of only one case in VFP where a modal form launches another. This being the properties dialog of the Data Session window launching the modify structure dialog.
