I voted for him both times as did many of my dem friends here.

John Corzine is a moron and Barbara Buono never said anything that grabbed me.
For me Christie made his bones as governor when he faced down the feds on the Hudson River tunnel deal.
He refused a multi-billion dollar federal project that would have put thousands to work because it didn't make sense for the state. That took what Hemingway called "cojones."
Eventually the feds changed the deal to meet his demands and the project was funded.

From the looks of that Letterman clip, the Rex Ryan surgery hasn't done him much good, has it?
