Sometimes, or manytimes when I report preview in my application,
after report preview job, system all down.

but!
the table indexes isn't broken.

( truly I used SQL cursor, but the record count is a very few... )

What exactly happens after Report Preview? Do not understand what "system all down" means. Does it freeze, get a Protection Page Fault, or something else? Give me a more detail about what goes wrong in Preview.

If you get a Protection Page Fault, then Erik is probably correct. There is a known problem with Hewlett Packard (HP) Print drivers (MS Article Q183522). I have read on the Universal Thread that you can try a print driver for the HP 4 series.

I had some print problems that were not HP related. Could not even do a "create report" in the Command Window. I run Win95 and print over a network. I solved my problem by capturing my network printer to LPT1.

Good Luck

Brenda
