There is a new product called "Concussion" that sounds as if would be perfect for you. Basically you can take 100 lines of working source code and use the "head pound" feature to convert it into 1,995 lines of source code with fewer than 40 bugs. The result can be deployed after only 6 months of effort onto Zune or Windows Phone, both of which should still be around when you're ready to deploy.
