Does anybody use the Chart Fx here?

The cfx4032.ocx unregistered by itself. So I register it using RegSvr32, then add it to my VFP Options,
then Classes Tab as ActiveX. But then when I want to drop it on a form it says:

- Class is Not licensed for use Code 0x80040112


What does this mean? I have been using it since like year 2001 or close to it.
It's called Chart Fx Client Server Control

Seems like some sort of a clock ran out on it or something?
